1. Returnable items


Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receipt must meet the following criteria:


(1) Defective items arrive damaged/broken or soiled.


(2) The item received is not the correct size/color.


(3) Unwashed, unworn and unused items that do not meet your expectations within 30 days of receipt.


2. Non-returnable items


We will not accept returns in the following cases:


(1) Items beyond the 30-day warranty period.


(2) Items that have been washed, worn, used or misused.


Note: All returns must be authorized by our team through the Support Center. Returns without a Return Order (RMA) will not be accepted.


3. Return Process and Time Frame


Please follow our returns process carefully to minimize any delays:


(1) If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our support center stating your:

reason to come back


(2) Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Order (RMA) and our return address.


(3) Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.


(4) Once we receive the returned item, we will email you within 3 days and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Please allow our after-sales team to process your request within 3-6 business days. After this, please note the following refund times:


~For credit card refunds, please process the transaction within 7-14 business days.


~For PayPal refunds, please wait up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.


~For Wallet Refunds (Store Credit), please update your account within 24 hours.


4. Return shipping and address


Our goal is to provide a service that benefits all of our loyal customers. All our other global customers can return to our warehouse. Please be sure to contact us prior to return, submit a ticket for an R.M.A form (Return Material Authorization) with the relevant address.


1. All shipping costs are borne by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping is non-refundable.


2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend that you use the cheapest registered airmail method available.
