Stockxdunk shipping services are available to virtually every country in the world, and we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package reaches your destination quickly and safely. We also offer free flat-rate shipping to most destinations on all of our products. To maximize the customer's shopping experience, as well as the experience of fast logistics and timeliness

1. The order was placed successfully
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any requirements for your order, please notify us as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.
2. Order Processing
Note: For orders with more than one item, the item with the longest processing time shall prevail.
We will subject your items to strict quality control and ensure they are properly packaged before being ready to ship. We are happy to announce that most orders can now be shipped within 24 hours. Please note that small orders may still take 3-5 business days depending on stock availability.
Please note that processing time is not included in shipping time. The total time it takes to receive your order is processing time + shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.

Note: During public holidays, shipping times may be affected as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. While unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available, please try again later. Rest assured, estimated shipping times are valid regardless of tracking site updates.
We strongly recommend that customers purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance at checkout for peace of mind while waiting for their package.
Please note that all packages are from different warehouses. Shipping charges are not paid for our items, so depending on your country's customs and shipping methods, import taxes may apply. You can check with your local customs for more information.
